The purpose of researching is to diagnose the current status of the Korean Boxing Association (BAK) and to identify the problems, and to set up the directions for the Korean boxing association to make progress and to suggest strategies development for future preparations
First of all, the future of the Korea Boxing Association, which can maximize its own constitutional improvement and organizational potential and characteristics, should be developed.
secondly, As a result of the SWOT analysis, the major problems of the organization and function that the Korean boxing association is accompanied by are the weak financial independence, ineffective organizational management, the lack of mid and long term development strategy, We could classify them into four main categories.
Thirdly, regarding the presentation of future strategic development plan of Korea Boxing Association, we presented vision of Korea representative organization that will lead Korea boxing in the future and set up work field and direction such as organization, function and business, And we suggested a strategic direction. At this level, the new vision, purpose, mission, role, value, augmentation of player support, and business development plan of the future strategic level that the boxing association should aim for are presented in future strategic level.
