<Jisujungga> begins with the statements according to the theory of divination based on topography. The description about the magnificent and powerful mountain terrain in the beginning, together with the admiration of the lineage, is continued to the filial duty toward ancestors which is referred to burying the grave of his ancestor. This burying of the ancestor as the filial duty is related to the teachings left by his ancestors which keep himself away from going into government service. There statements related to the theory of divination based on topography implies that emotional foundation that he had to embrace the life as a recluse who renounced going into government service for his filial duty.
<Jisujungga> shows the process of the expression of the conflict of one nobleman who tries to deny his expectation and desire for the going into government service and to get consolation for his fateful reality dealing with the life of recluse whose way government service is fatefully renounced. In his situation the excitement in the nature is merely conveyed conventionally and superficially and it is only possible as showing off. This boasting is together with the pride of his lineage and the academic line. Among those description of his showing off and pride, the conflict on his reality renounced from going into government service is alluded from time to time. It comes from the writer’s fateful life as the renounced career, which is, initially blocked expectation or desire for his advance into government service by the teachings left by his ancestors.
<Jisujungga>"s intention of fateful sentiment can never to be told as going into government service. It is not the intention but the avoidance which has lingering attachment inside. These sentiments and statements of <Jisujungga> could be assumed as another aspect of the works of the 17th century Gangho-gasa.
