This study sampled 20 girl students of middle school in Jeonbuk province to investigate the effect of netball exercise on the stress, body fat, and physical fitness. They played netball 60 minutes a day and 4 times a week in 8 weeks by the program of the study. We``ve got the following conclusion by examining them 2 times before and after the excercise. First, in their stress, psychological environment was decreased by 1.95, mental unstability by 2.95, and confidence by 1.95 after excercise compared to before excercise. This result was statistically significant(P<.05). However, physical and mental factors were decreased by 0.70(P>.05), so it``s not statistically significant. In the result, the level of stress was decreased statistically significantly by 7.45(P<.05). Second, body fat was also decreased by 0.41% after excercise. This was statistically significant, too. Third, moment ability, speed, and flexibility among the physical factor were statistically significantly increased during 8 weeks, but back muscle strength and muscular endurance was slightly increased. It``s not statistically significant. In conclusion, 8 weeks netball excercise of the students affected stress, body fat, and physical strength, so it helped them improve their mental and physical health.
