The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of regular exercise participation on circulatory factors with circadian rhythm in female university students. This study subjects included twenty six female university students with a regular exercise participation of over three times a week for at least two years and other thirteen female university students with few exercise habit during their daily lives. All parameters were analysed at morning time(07:00) and evening time(18:00). Systolic blood pressure had to significant circadian variation. Systolic blood pressure was significantly higher morning time than evening time between exercise group and non-exercise group. Regular exercise resulted in significant decrease in blood pressure. Baseline systolic and diastolic blood pressure were significantly lower exercise group than non-exercise group. Glucose had to significant circadian variation. Evening glucose was lower then morning glucose between exercise group and non-exercise group. Regular exercise resulted in significant decrease in glucose. In conclusion, this study showed that normal circulatory factor with circadian rhythm in female university students. Regular exercise participation showed positive effects on circulatory factors. It also preventing and delaying cardiovascular disease by reducing the prevalence of adult diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, and obesity. Therefore, it is important to correct one′s life habit and work out regularly to prevent cardiovascular disease and development of regular and systematic exercise prescription programs for female university students is highly needed.
