This article analysis the trickle-down effects of big business performance on the regional production and employment. In this study we constructed the networks between the large firms which are the final consumers in supply relationship and the small and middle enterprises which are the suppliers of raw materials based on the DB of the Korean Enterprise Database. With this networks we analyse how much the big businesses create the productions and jobs of the suppliers in regions and compare the regional effects of the performances. In this article the five industries including the electronics industry, the auto industry, the shipbuilding industry, the telecommunication industry and the system integration industry are analysed. The conclusion are followed. First, the order of creating production is the auto industry 0.41, the telecommunication 0.26, the eletronics 0.25, the shipbuilding 0.24 and the order of creating job is the system integration, the auto, the eletronics, the shipbuilding. Second the trickle-down effects of big business performance on the regional production and employment are uneven between regions and the tendency are more drastic between the capital area and the other regions. Third the industrial ecosystem needs to be created for the balanced development between regions. The system is not based on the hierarchical arrangement between the large firms and the other but the horizontal one.
