This study examined the dynamic relationships among job attitudes(intrinsic satisfaction and affective commitment), customer orientation(dimensions of enjoyment and needs), and job performance. Data were collected from 242 hotel employees of upscale hotels in Seoul on April, 2012. To achieve the purpose of this study, the hypothesized relationships were tested using SPSS and Amos through structural equation model. The findings indicated that affective commitment was significant predictor of dimensions of both needs and enjoyment. However, the hypothesis that intrinsic job satisfaction had positive impacts on the dimension of needs was rejected while the hypothesis that intrinsic job satisfaction had positive impacts on the dimension of enjoyment was supported. Booth dimensions of enjoyment and needs positively affected job performance as hypothesized. Based on these results, some theoretical and practical implications were suggested.
