This study is about the house An-chae location in the Hangae traditional village, Seong-ju, Gyeong-Buk province from the viewpoint of understand the architectural form and space organization. The research contents were about characteristics of An-chae‘s placement, plan, roof, structural type for Frame and so on. As a result of summarizing and analyzing the 8 house An-chae according to the architectural characteristics, the results were as follows : 1) There are 3 types of floor plan,ㅡtype ·ㄱtype · ㄷtype, in Hangae village. The arrangement of the floor plan was mainly ㅡtype. 2) The bracket set at the top of the columns are Min-deo-ri(민도리) style. Except for the bracket set of Buck-bi house and Waii-gok house have Ik-gong(익공) style. 3) Bay was constructed by function of the room. The room divided into Dae-chung(대청), An-bang(안방) and Kitchen(부엌). 4) The Hangae village An-chae’s kitchen(부엌) area is getting reduced , on the other hand, An-bang(안방) and Dae-chung(대청) area are getting increases.
