After many implemented systems of romanization of Korean alphabet, We can`t find out any real good systems of it. For the differences of vowel and consonant systems between Romance language and Korean. Prior to the Olympiad in 1988, The government of Korea issued the fifth revised system of Korean romanization. But it can not be meted the requirements of the current O.A systems and others. And then this system has been often criticized by the foreign community as it has misled those foreigners with no knowledge of Korean alphabet. The aim of this paper is to analyze the background of the history of Korean romanization and to show the right way of the future of Korean romanization as follows: Fist, We must follow the rule of CVCV. Second, We must avoid the two sound systems /ㄱ, ㄷ, ㅂ / as it sounds the initial or inbetween. Third, We must avoid the signs of aphostrophe and breve because the keys of modern machinery of Telex, Computer, and Typewriter can not equipped with. Fourth, We must quit the using of phonemic transcription but follow the morphophonemic transcription. Fifth, We must /r/ and /l/ as a counterpart of Korean alphabet /ㄹ/.
