As the pre-casted contemporary of architecture and urban environment, it is necessary to develop an approach that enhance potential values of CONCRETE as one of the best material accompanied through human history There are lots of skeptical concerns about Concrete Cities such as New York and Seoul and therefore, this article is to address how biased collective intelligence has been by obsolete prejudices in terms of box shape housing and collapsed apartments badly constructed during the industrial era and why our interest in the material of concrete is quinteessential to implement our future in terms of urban regeneration and economical revolution of our fields covering architectural design, engineering and construction.
