In this paper I considered the relations a difference in genre of the text and the use of Passives with posession subjects. As a result, even if it was the same description sentence, the incidence of the Passives with posession subjects was low in the sentence of the place of scenario, but it was confirmed with the novel that incidence was high.
In addition, in the case of a newspaper editorial, a lot of Passives with posession subjects were used in comparison with a scenario. However, it became clear to concentrate on the passiveness sentence of the type that most assumed an abstract noun the subject.In addition, it became clear that the passiveness sentences with a physical noun subject was not used even if it was the scene where a focus was affected by to a possession.
Particularly, it was confirmed that an owner was often an indefinite person when a belonging was used for a Passives with posession subjects in Editorial of the newspaper.
In addition, in the case of a newspaper editorial, a lot of Passives with posession subjects were used in comparison with a scenario.
