This study was carried out empirical analysis of servant leadership in the community how it affect the social workers" job satisfaction in the social service center to perform a comprehensive social welfare of the organization. Also suggested ways to improve the job satisfaction of social workers on the basis of empirical analysis working in social service center.
First, the stewardship of top executive of servant leadership sub-variables found to be statistically significant variable in the p<0.05 level of job satisfaction of social workers. Therefore, it suggests that giving is a top leader has a positive impact on job satisfaction is enhanced by social workers to recognize the professionalism of their work and at the same time recognizing that the most important human resource of the organization"s social workers. Second, among the top executive of the Servant Leadership lower variable stewardship supervision, payment, promotion, organization appeared statistically significant variable in the p<0.05 level in the sub-variables of job satisfaction. That is the top executive of the social workers to recognize is necessary to believe and protect me at any time, through which suggest that it can increase their job satisfaction.
