This thesis described 6 years as Rha Hyeseok’s ‘Golden Days’ in An-dong(安東). She tried to overcome the flexural history of woman as disadvantaged personality. Her effort derived from the results of Movements since Tokyo(東京) days. Her participation March First Movement was the faintest passion what to get out of invasion of Japanese Imperialism. Her activity of after marriage in An-dong is not known caused by her activity of Painter.
The Association of Korean in An-dong progressed colonial policy of subjecting to Japan in accordance with Japanese Consulate in An-dong’s directions in 1920. The executive of headquarters a lot of people what city residents. they worked have fast turnover of capital occupation. Simply, The most branch manager of worked agriculture. The Association of Korean in An-dong newly organized Financing Company in An-dong for smooth progress of financing. Financing Company in An-dong organized to that purpose of helped settlement of immigration korean through a rural loan and a low-interest loan
Rha Hyeseok wanted help to stabilization of livelihood of immigration korean Because Kim Woo-Young who her husband bound up with Financing Company in An-dong.
First, She settled Night school for women and derived conclusion that changes in perception of women. Besides, She showed the education fever what she visited several schools of Jeongju-si, Pyeonganbuk-do and teaching the class.
Also Rha Hyeseok organized to Lady Reunion in An-dong in March, 1926. She concentrated economic stability of immigration korean under the self-rehabilitation through foundation of Department of Deposit and installation of Department of knitting. And She emphasised changes in perception of women reaches changes in perception of people.
