In this paper, in government’s open data portal, to identify providing each railway operating agencies" data for railway passengers, and studied to linking methods about serving portal data will be collected from each railway operating agencies to the Government’s Open Data Portal. Providing each railway operating agencies" data classified as real-time and specified period, provided DB Handler and resource handler in according with serving types, draw a connecting to the Government’s Open Data Portal for railway passengers providing information, researched about maximization way of convenience and availability in using railway passengers information.
