This study was purpose of morning and evening according to resistance training was conducted to evaluate the impact on lipid peroxidation and antioxidant enzymes in middle-aged women. The subjects of this study were middle-aged women in the 40-50 target group for a morning exercise group (MEG)(n=15), evening exercise group(EEG)(n=15) had a total of 30 people, 12 weeks 3 weeks resistance training as the meeting frequency was performed. As a result, the following conclusion could be obtained. First, MDA is 12 weeks in the morning and evening, after performing the lipid peroxidation was increased after resistance training in statistical significant levels compared to pre-exercise in the MEG(p〈.01). Antioxidant enzymes, SOD and GPx MEG and EEG were all statistically significant increase in the level of post-compared to pre(p〈.05)(p〈.01)(p〈.05)(p〈.05). Second, after performing resistance training for 12 weeks in the MEG and EEG, MDA for between group showed a significant statistical difference(p〈.01). But between group show a significant difference in liver SOD and GPx, did not show a statistically significant difference. Thus, resistance exercise is in the morning time was had a negative effect on lipid peroxidation, morning and evening exercise was found to be positive for the antioxidant enzyme.
