This study is a research of . "Noda in the ending of sentences" of mood found in modern Japanese essays each in its primary explanations Noda and secondary explanations Noda.
To define the general characteristics of each usage, sentences with explanatory noda includes the meaning of explanation within itself also describing what was said beforehand.
Such relevant explanation noda includes the meaning of explanation within itself, while no correlating explanation relationship is guided in neither of the front or ending of noda sentences.
Sentences with explanatory noda in the end does not confront any meaning of explanation, but signals that an explanation must be included at the end of a noda sentence.
Explanatory usage for "decisive (opinion) noda" does not include any meaning of explanation, but requires a noda sentence to explain what it is said beforehand.
Explanatory usage of "awe (admiration)·surprise noda" either explains what is said before or gives an explanation at the end of a noda sentence.
To explain the explanatory usage of noda describing "appropriateness," a noda sentence explains either the front passage or an explanation after a noda sentence.
The explanatory usage of noda describing "command" only exists to give an explanation at the end of a noda sentence.
"Expressions Noda" in the ending of sentences can be characterized by its frequency of usage. The order of how often it is used is as follows: "~te irunoda (288 examples (ex. for short)", "infinite form~nainoda (218 ex.)", "~(to) iunoda (197 ex.)", "~te shimaunoda (108 ex.)", "~simple sentence Noda form (86 ex.)", "~arunoda (82 ex.)", "~tekurunoda (80 ex.)", "~surunoda (78 ex.)", "~tekurerunoda (60 ex.)", "~to omounoda (55 ex.)", "~te ikunoda (47 ex.)", "~iinoda (42 ex.)". Conjunction "soshite (69 ex.)~", "dakara (58 ex.)~," "tokoroga (35 ex.)~", "shikashi (26 ex.)~", ending postposition "~no(n)dayo (121 ex.)", and adverb "tsumari (48 ex.)" were also diversely used.
