This study investigated the relationships among psychological need satisfaction and exercise commitment, quality of education services. The sample of this study was selected from university student using a convenience sampling technique. A total of 531 participants` response were used to conduct data analysis. SPSS 17.0 was used for descriptive statistics AMOS 16.0 was untilized for confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model. The results of the analysis are as follows: First, the quality of education services influence on the educational service quality. Secondly, psychological need satisfaction influence on the exercise commitment, Finally, the quality of education services influence on the exercise commitment, the psychological need satisfaction through the indirect influence,
