This study aims to offer basis data to golf club management by identifying how customer satisfaction which is attended by caddie`s MOT service influences revisit intention and oral transmission. To achieve the purpose of this study, we targeted 266 men and women and data has been processed with Frequency Analysis, Factor Analysis, Reliability Analysis, Path Analysis and the results are as follows: Firstly, after analyzing how caddie`s MOT service influences customer satisfaction, it solely influences the ability of game progress and the ability of managing other things and doesn`t influences the basic ability. Secondly, the golf club customer`s satisfaction attentively influences oral transmission. Thirdly, the golf club customer`s satisfaction attentively influences revisit intention.
