Communitarian Moral education emphasizes the improvement of individual character and virtue in education. Interesting materials could be obtained through the pre-survey before conducting this study. The majority of parents think that schools are the place that students are studying, they learn in private institutes to make up for what they lack at school and they should learn physical education and personality education in Taedkwondo gym. Especially, for moral education, schools focus on cognitive education but Taekwondo gyms emphasize practical and emotional point of view. It is thought that the educational characteristics of these Taekwondo gyms can partially compensate lacks of schools. Eventually, parents send their children to make up for what they lack at school and it is from education based on communitarian view point. When these conditions will be reviewed, It is necessary to study educational philosophy of Taekwondo gym instructors from communitarian view point deeply. We know that spirit and philosophy of Taekwondo has great effects on growing children and such influences largely have effects on our society and culture. Therefore, Understanding of philosophy and educational philosophy of Taekwondo can be the first step to establish educational philosophy of Taekwondo instructors. Based on the results of the study, the plans for educational philosophy of Taekwondo gym instructors can be presented as follow: First, It`s the establishment of philosophy and educational philosophy of Taekwondo. Second, It`s thorough education of the established Taekwondo philosophy and educational philosophy. Third, It`s harmony of neo-liberal and communitarian view point.
