The purpose of the study was to investigate resources development strategy in the academic prospect and the practical level of sports tourism in which national people took an interest. The study made typology of experts` diverse opinions with Delphi method and drew up their ranking to predict demand and strategy in the future. The total 20 experts participated in the total three-time survey and gave answers. The results of the study were as follows. First, in a survey of research type of sport tourism, the total 43 opinions were presented. The survey was summarized in 14 types. The field of the study was presented in order of consumer`s behavior, economic effect, service concern, perception of danger and development of resources and facility. Through such results, the study could see after/before participants` behaviors and results followed by the behaviors, namely importance of economic effect. Therefore, the study knew that participatory motive, experience field and all the processes after participation could be the object of the study in the field of sports tourism. Second, a survey of resources development strategy of sports tourism was classified into the total 52 opinions and 16 types, and presented in order of characterization by each region, characterization of facility and basic survey of tourism resources. Such results imply that systematic and political parts shall be considered more than indiscriminative development and competitive efforts. Especially, it is presented that strategy of resources development considering environmental problem is more important than any other.
