This thesis analysed general satisfaction and re-participation, targeting at taekwon-do players in middle schools and highschools who participated in winter field training in Naju-si, Jeollanam-do from JANUARY 4, 2009 to JANUARY 24, 2009 and drew out the result as followings. First, as for the difference in general satisfaction based on sex of participants in winter field training, satisfaction with services had a significant difference. Women`s satisfaction rate with services was higher than man`s. Grade and current poom had a significant difference in satisfaction with facilities, satisfaction with programs, and satisfaction with services. In all factors, middle school students` rate was higher than high school students`, and high-graders` rate was higher than lower-graders`. Residing regions had a significant difference in satisfaction with facilities, satisfaction with programs, and satisfaction with services. In all factors, the rate of participants living in capital area and Jeolla area, was high. Second, as for the general difference in satisfaction based on re-visitation traits, aims at re-visitation and accompany for re-visitation had a significant difference in satisfaction with facilities, satisfaction with programs, and satisfaction with services. As for all of the factors, they talked about the field for field training or sightseeing(tourism) together with friends and family. Third, as for re-participation based on living regions of general traits, Jeolla-do region players` rate was high in responding affirmatively to re-participation. But, Gyeongsang-do and capital area region players` rate was high in responding negatively to re-participation. As for participation frequency, the players` rate with infrequent participation was high in responding negatively to the re-participation. The players` rate with frequent participation was high in responding affirmatively to the re-participation. Players` rate with no prize wining career was high in responding negatively to re-participation. Fourth, as for re-participation based on re-participation traits, re-participation had a significant difference in accompaniers. The rate of the players who wanted to re-participate in training together with friends was high in responding affirmatively to re-participation. As for the relationship between general satisfaction and re-participation, satisfaction factors with programs had a significant difference in re-participation. The result says that generally, Naju-si had a suitability and difference in the place for winter field training in contrast. So, Naju-si has to converge the result and construct the ways to induce systematic winter field training such as administrative assistance, infrastructure construction, marketing strengthening, and competition induction in order to get an attention from people as a winter field training places and to be excel in competition for inducing winter field training.
