It is necessary to have a concrete analysis on recognition of sports club promotion, considerations at the time of promoting sports clubs and expected problems at the time of sports clubs to raise successful possibility of a Korean-style sports club and to minimize derivative problems at the time of introducing sports clubs. Therefore, the study enforced an in-dept interview with total 32 persons(18 chairmen of club unions, 6 heads of clubs and 8 leaders, which were selected at random in O city, a middle and small city, to have an in-dept analysis in the limited area). The study included enlargement of living sports population, cultivation of elite players, exchange among clubs, enlargement of sports facilities, enlargement of financial support, systematic organization and preparation for accident insurance in an affirmative recognition on promotion of sports clubs. Also, the study included occurrence of alienation class, difficulties in security of members with various classes, problem of leader`s quality, a lack of social recognition, difficulties in its settlement, survival risk of private facilities(Commercial sports facilities) and difficulties in organizing harmony(Disagreement among members) in a negative recognition on promotion of sports clubs. The study included considerations as security of young children and teenagers as members, application of a member rate system, specialized education of leaders, development of family programs, enlargement of sports facilities, enough financial support and security, enlargement of financial investment for teenagers, positive publicity, systematic organization and public agency(Government) leading, maintenance of mutual cooperative relation, promotion considering characteristics by each event and gradual improvements at the time of promoting sports clubs.
