The purpose of this study is inquiry about caddie`s legal status to furnish basic data which are helpful for the management of golf courses and frame of golf policies. In this study, we brought to several following conclusions analyzing articles about caddie, administrative data of the government, judicial precedents and interview materials of woman group discussion. First, caddies are in charge of golf course service and they play an important part in making profits for their company. Nevertheless, taking a side of safeguard for human rights, we found several points that they are not insured for industrial casualty insurance, they are not safe from the dispute claims of wrongful termination, sexual harassment and depersonalization etc. Second, to solve these problems, caddie`s legal status should be recognized as a worker in legal. Still, there isn`t consistent for judicial precedents and administrative data of the government. Also, the government plan to bring in a concept of "semi-workers" in legal considering untypical worker`s human rights. However, to find a fundamental reform, we are in need of making an effort to amend "Labor Standard Laws". Last but not least, we should devise multiple businesses about caddie system not to be in financial difficulties managing them who golfer prefer.
