The article examines a new organizational from which has emerged recently especially in Nordrhein-Westfalen Germany: Sport for all in sports clubs. A description of the organizational model of the sport for all imports clubs, in particular its organizational and financial structure, is given, followed by a discussion of the effects of the sport institution on the sports club. As modem society removes the natural requirement of movement for individuals, physical activity is now tentatively complemented through the efforts of different organization. This contribution highlights the efforts of a club which aims at an appropriate solution of the relevant social situation. The development of sport for all(from infants to the elderly and from healthy and handicapped to sick people) enjoys increasing importance. Although sport was originally a privilege for the upper-class, it became accessible for all, aid led to an increased sport participation. It is shown how the realization of the efforts becomes effective by preparatory and supporting projects including a model building experiment started in the of 1987. Thus this approaches three main objectives 1. The supply of divers new offers for sport for all, sport in leisure and health which enlarge and intensify the possibilities already in existence. 2. The creation of several permanent jobs for competent and committed full-time staff. 3. Sport programmes in club. have to cooperate in their attempt to develop a broad spectrum of sports for each individual as well as a multi-motive-attitude toward sport. Specifically, the necessity is emphasized to measure the different expectation of people from the club system with the pedagogical conception of the people. 4. Development planning for sports facilities translates present and prognostic development planning for sport into planning programmes to guarantee availability of land for building and realties the actual construction of sports and leisure facilities. This is a tool which offers an opportunity to provide an environmentally compatible supply of sports facilities.
