The aim of this study was to investigate the actual conditions about comprehensive community sports club policy in Japan. The following are the result of this study. First, it deviated from the existing sport training organization through a comprehensive community sports club in 1995, which is strengthened cooperation of physical education at school and community sport. It is clarified to solve the social problems and the health promotion by a comprehensive community sports club. Second, Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japan commissioned the sports club business to Japan amateur sports association to enhance the sports club business. Further tasks are mentioned in this research, in terms of sports facilities, instructor's wages, and public relations, low recognition of comprehensive community sports club, etc.
