It is the aim of this study to analyse any influential aspect among organizational justice, LMX(Leader Member eXchange), empowerment and service oriented organizational citizenship behavior and to offer suggestions and comments regarding a systematic approach in improving relationship among team members and maintaining efficient team organization system.
Findings from this study are as follows;
First, three sub factors such as procedural, interpersonal and distributive justices were extracted from the organizational justice.
Second, the relationship between organizational justice and LMX was analyzed and the result showed that distributive justice was found insignificant in its effect on LMX.
Third, four sub factors such as meaning, competence, self determination and impact were extracted from the empower variable.
Lastly, LMX which represents the convivial relationship and trust of leaders and members was found to have a statistically significant influence on citizenship behaviors of crew members.
Key findings suggested that airline companies should not take it lightly the importance of justice awareness in applying their policies on human resources issues.
