This study aims to suggest the actual conditions of 24-hour child care centers and the way to manage customized childcare reasonably through the In-depth interviews about the director of childcare center. I deal customized childcare is infants centered. However, parents are more dependent on childcare center, so this lessons the role of parents and causes the distortion about it. Therefore, it"s necessary to construct the appropriate standard service system for children. Who stay in childcare center for a long time and to introduce the strict time-limit about using childcare center. Also, the study suggests providing more financial support for childcare center, improvement of labor conditions for day care teachers who work at night mostly and establishing proper standards for financial support of customized childcare.
