This study is focusing on the dyadic relationship of training transference and organizational performance, and is trying to testify the influence of education situational characteristics on training transference, meanwhile the study is trying to testify the affects of training transference on the organizational effectiveness.
To accomplish the goals, a field survey was conducted on the employees" of the Deluxe Hotel in Seoul area. The results of this study, based on a positive analysis, could be summarized as follows. First, the education training characteristics, the Learner support environment characteristics, the Learner personal characteristics turned out to have affirmative effects on training transference. Second, the education training characteristics, the Learner support environment characteristics, the Learner personal characteristics turned out to have affirmative effects on Job Satisfaction, organizational commitment. Third, the training transference turned out to have affirmative effects on Job Satisfaction Fourth, the training transference turned out to have affirmative effects on organizational commitment. At the last chapter, the paper concludes with discussions and the managerial implications for the effective human resources management policies.
