The information resources need to be standardized and structured because users want to make them use effectively in science and technology field. It is required that terminology, inter-face, formatting, schema, and data are standardized to supply information with users by online or off line. Especially data values have various types and spelling with typing in by users and some data values remain heterogeneous though they have same meaning. So users have some trouble with searching data and information. We want to give a solution to solve that problem. It is that we define a representative data value between heterogeneous data values having same meaning according to a notation we made, and link heterogeneous data values to representative data value. That solution can make improvement for accuracy on data searching. In Library and Information Science, it is similar to Authority Control. In this paper, we focus organization name data and build database for organization name data based on Authority Control.
