This research is for supplying the infra-structure of Taekwondo as a high-quilified information sharing and as information sports by understanding how internet, in relation to the Taekwondo, is percepted and used by the sportsman, and by examining the Taekwondo-related web sites. For the purpose of this, we applied to the private Taekwondo schools, university groups, Taekwondo-related association and institute, and Taekwondo-related products company by using the search engine of E○○ which the Korean Standards Association(as of 2000) selected. Then we examined if the web-site opens information of the master, if it provides foreign language and if it does, what kinds of the foreign language does it provide, if it optimizes the browser as a position of user, if it provides appropriate videos and contents that show the characteristics of each site, if it effectively links with other site and site map, if it has facilities for user`s advantages such as a board, a Q&A, and a visitor`s book, and we compared the variety of main menu, After examining those and applying them to such a place, we concluded that the operation, the mainterance, and the mending of present Taekwondo-related web sites should precede the creation of new web sites, and that there is absence! of found mental constituent in many parts. It is certain that the web site would be a place where lots of and different kind of information is interchanged if the master of the web-site would preserve in his endeavors and concerns. And it is thought that with a tele-communication network, Taekwondo will gain a world-wide fame.
