There has been a non-profit organization which has been developing Experiential Activity programs for about 50 years. These program can develop self-reliance, a sense of responsibility and leadership for members through direct and a variety of group activities and members can learn how to share group experience with other people, how to lead a group and how to contribute to the group as an individual. The worldwide trends are that experiential activity programs like Outward Bound are active and many of schools in various countries have adopted the program as their regular course. However, so far there have not been a program or institute to organize, facilitate and promote Experiential Activity in Korea even though the youth related social issues are growing bigger so people are beginning to realize the necessity of such a program and institute. In this paper, such necessity of Experiential Activity is examined and the analysis of environment and potential market is performed for Korean style Experiential Activity model development. Wth this initiative, the Korean style Experiential Activity school will be able to provide program attendees and its members with a positive attitude toward life as well as a variety of experiences and self-development opportunities like a leadership program.
