This study raised the issue that social economy should not be approached in terms of formal aspect but substantive aspect. And reciprocity, a norms of social economy, is key concepts that enable it to be set. Research has proceeded as follows.
Firstly, It analyzed the concept of reciprocity, and then described reciprocity can be an alternative to market economy. Secondly, It described that realizing reciprocity of social economy is reconstruction of society by economic activity. Thirdly, through case study of two social economy organization, it showed that realizing reciprocity of social economy how contribute to reconstruction of society.
