This description is based on the study about “Mixed-use Complex plan and design manual development” as a part of urban regeneration. The goal of this study is realizing the core integration of Lifestyle Center among generations, facilities, and classes with the core technology of Universal Manual, “Mixed-use Complex” for the urban regeneration means, as a part of the revitalization of the depressed city and the creation of social profit for the declined area of the central city, (1) Restructuring the land and urban regeneration space with Mixed-Use-dimensionally, (2) Organically arranging the public facilities such as green zones, parks, walking space, and cultural space, (3) For combining urban functions such as live, work, play and demand creating development method. In the concept of Mixed-use Complex revised for this study, ‘Mixed-use’ means converting horizontal development into vertical development in order to use the land intensively, and ‘complex’ means centralizing various facilities which are separated in many places to one place to create synergy.
This study divided “Mixed-use Complex plan and design manual development” into 4 following detail objectives and proceeded.
(1) Mixed-use Complex intermediary space plan and design manual development.
(2) Mixed-use Complex transfer system construction manual development.
(3) Mixed-use Complex building space plan and design manual development.
(4) Mixed-use Complex roads construction manual development.
This study divided “Mixed-use Complex plan and design manual development” into 4 following detail objectives and proceeded.
(1) Mixed-use Complex intermediary space plan and design manual development.
(2) Mixed-use Complex transfer system construction manual development.
(3) Mixed-use Complex building space plan and design manual development.
(4) Mixed-use Complex roads construction manual development.
