This study seeks to utilize the Blue Ocean Strategy and Creative Management Strategy, which are recently attracting attention, in order to find the elements of competitive advantage that can go beyond the competition and concept of time, and to propose a sustainable strategy for competitive advantage As elements of elimination, there were the following methods: exceptional cost savings on office rent by moving the corporate office to a workplace in the capital area, removal of reservation moral hazard to increase reliability which will lead to customers" increased value and improvement of brand image, and removal of special season rates for rooms and upper limit of season prices. As elements of reduction, there were direct management of additional facilities, high-quality facilities, reduction of non-contact management personnel & cost, and reduction of high-quality services. As elements of increase, there were comfortable facilities, increase of pre-sale period, increase of intimate services, and increase of various additional services. Finally, as elements of creation, there were fun and memorable programs through the introduction of entertainment resort concept, as well as, themed facilities, reconsideration of time concept, etc. In order to successfully implement the strategy, there must be considerations on practical suitability in realizing the elements of creative customer value and considerations on the ways to create exceptional cost savings. And to implement the Blue Ocean Strategy, there must be a reform in innovative operating profits. Finally, effective implementation is needed in order to achieve the strategic goals.
