The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of life-style on participation motivation of boxing club customers. For this study, 517 questionnaires were given to Seoul and Gyeonggi and Gangwon boxing club customers. The results were analyzed using frequency analysis, factor ananlysis, reliability analyis, t-test, ANOVA, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis using PASW 18.0. The results were as follows: According to the sex and the age of boxing club customers about lifestyle, all factors of lifestyle were showed significant difference, and according to the scholastic ability, the pursuit of fashion and health inclination were showed significant difference. The pursuit of social relation was affected by all factors of lifestyle and the pursuit of health promotion was affected by health inclination, friendship intention, and the pursuit of sensibility. Also, the pursuit of exercise skill development was affected by health inclination, friendship intention, and the intention of self-centeredness and the pursuit of enjoyment was affected by health inclination, friendship intention and the pursuit of sensibility.
