The triangle relations of China-EU-ASEAN are very important power in post East-Asia politics space which characters are multipolarization and diversity. The relations of China-EU-ASEAN includes state vs. state relations, state vs. group relations, groups vs. group’s, relations, and international cooperation in interregionalism. At present, the triangle relations of China-EU-ASEAN have established the principles of strategic cooperation, and strengthened significantly economic cooperation, and promoted the East-Asia international relations to regularization by institutionalization cooperation. But we also could see that there are a lot of competitions among China-EU-ASEAN by the following sections, the first is the regional politic influence; the second is economic interests; the third are human right and the development way. However, China, EU, ASEAN knows the regional prosperity and development depends on the good relations of China-EU-ASEAN. Thus, China, EU, ASEAN are going to deal with issues as follows. 1. To deal with the historical heritage one another ; 2. To look for a balance point in many vast divergences in politics, economic and culture ; 3. To settle the each benefit on bilateral and multilateral.
