The purpose of this study is to investigate the situations and realities of inclusive job-training for the disabled focusing on job-training for the jobless and employees and seeking policy implication.
The research methodologies employed are analyses on job-training size, characteristics of participants, job-training outcomes and survey on realities on inclusive job-training for the disabled.
Research outcomes said that people who participated in job-training were few because the rate of participant with disability only composed 0.7%. The training outcome showed completion rate was higher but employment rate was lower than that of total participants. The factors of restricting inclusive job training for the disabled were poor guidance and difficulty with collecting information about job training. In order to implement policy to promote participation of inclusive job training for the disabled, we should increase job training supply and guarantee the accessibility and convenience of service for job training. Finally we need to offer specific services for woman and the elder and manage job training in order to improve outcomes.
