Report Errors
In an attempt to deal with demographical changes such as low fertility, and aging population, the rapid changing of families, Korean government have been enforced to make the explicit and universal family policies since 2005. It is currently commented on the second Healthy Families Frame Planning that the policy justification and efficiency have been chalanged. It was because of the characters and enacted backgrounds of Healthy Families Frame Act, emphasizing the healthy family value. Thus, this study aims to discuss preliminarily about making of the new role and direction of family policy. Based on the well-thought-out review of new social risks, new family policy in Korea has to effectively deal with sharing to family care and supporting for work-family reconciliation and thus remake up the triad relationships among an individual, family and society.
