This study focused on labor conditions between Chung-Buk strategic industry-semiconductor, electricity-electron fusion component, bio-medicine, next generation energy. 146 strategic companies are analysed for this study"s goal. And This study classified comparison analysis as 4 realms-stability, justifiability, democratic, individuality.
This study revealsed conclusion as follows ; First, the overall satisfaction level of labor conditions is in excess of average. The effective factor of labor conditions is pay. But the pay is not controllable for improvement of labor condition in a short term. But the pay level of Chung-Buk is below of national average.
Second, this study searched for significant variables to labor condition. Then changes of occupation, labor environment, performance incentives"s suitability are significant variables according to regression.
Third, this study analysed the significancy of labor condition satisfaction by various concepts. Then there are significant variance of job level and age level in stability. And male have get more satisfaction than the female in justifiability and democratic. For improvement of labor condition, the low pay is reconsidered in Chung-Buk. Since stability of labor condition is the most important factor, job environment and change of occupation should be more reinforced. Also labor union should improve not only stability but also the other realms.
This study could contribute revitalization of economy as well as improvement of labor condition. And it is useful to make policy of human resources development.
