The object of this study shows the learning effect of post-feedback delay interval by motivation level in task participation of golf putting. The 36 of subjects are the right handed male students are attending on G college who hasn’t experienced golf putting task. After investigating the motivation level in task participation, formed two groups which consists of 18 people as how much motivated. And put 6 people on 3, 6 and 12 sec interval by stratified sampling. The questionnaire of motivation in task participation is based on validity (confirmatory factory analysis) and internal consistency reliability (Cronbach’s α). The research results are as followed. First, the high motivated group with 12 sec interval has the most significant exercise task effect during practice level. Second, the high motivated group with 12 sec interval has the most significant exercise task effect during transfer level. And there’s no difference with the low motivated group with 12 sec and the high motivated group with 6 sec. But they are significantly excellent than groups of the low motivated with 3 and 6 sec and the high motivated with 3 sec. There’s no significant difference between groups of the low motivated with 3 and 6 sec and the high motivated with 3 sec.
