The purpose of this study was to investigate how the moderating effect of sex and grade of school affects on between coach"s leadership style, coaching effectiveness and athletes" trust toward coach in the high schools and the colleges, we reanalyzed the data using multy-group analysis with AMOS 5.0. the data was from Choi, Won, & Lee(2006) in which 598 male and female athletes from 22 high school athletic teams and 24 college athletic teams in 8 provinces participated. This study also implemented frequency analysis to understand participants" general characteristic with SPSS 12.0. Through multy-group analysis the results of the study were as follows: First, the moderating effect of sex has the statistically significant influence on relationship between Coach"s leadership style, trust and coaching effectiveness. Second, Coach"s charismatic leadership significantly influenced coaching effectiveness directly for male athletes, but significantly influence coaching effectiveness with mediation of athletes" trust for female athletes. Third, Coach"s servant leadership significantly influence athletes" trust in both male and female athletes. Fours, Coach"s servant leadership did not influence coaching effectiveness but did significantly influence coaching effectiveness with mediation of athletes" trust. Fifth, the moderating effect of grade of school has not influence on relationship between Coach"s leadership style, trust and coaching effectiveness.
