Faced with Globalization, Many countries in the world are trying to develop industries to their economic and competitive power. One of these is the tourism, which is becoming more important than ever as an industry of the future. Tourism contributes to create a lot of employees, earn and invite foreign currency so that it can help it"s local economy improve. Therefore, development of tourism complex is one of tourism industry that is expected to diversely develop, when national income elevates and the concept of leisure changes.
This study was started to bring up the question on how to solve the problem about tourism complex in Korea, investigate the concept and feature of tourism complex, think over the precedent study on development direction and legal problems, and study the problem about the development of tourism complex with consideration of 29 tourism complex development and operation.
