The purpose of the paper is to search for the most appropriate teaching method in an effort to upgrade students ability and awareness in the job market. This will help students in identifying and obtaining opportunities to work in the area where students have comparative advantage.
I compared three different classes: World of Work and Occupation, Work and Occupation in the Digital Economy, Internship. World of Work and Occupation is a big class opened to all students(general, 2 credit hours). Employment and Career Development in the Digital Economy is designed for the senior students in the fields of economics and business administration and confined maximum 30 of students.(major, 3 credit hours) Internship is designed to offer the students to have a work experience in an organization. Students are required to work one month, daily 9 to 5, and to submit a report on his work experience. Internship is opened for only students majoring economics and business administration.
I found the followings from the my experiences.
1) Class with small-size is more effective since professor could communicate with students effectively.
2) Large class especially with inviting lecturers could provide various areas where students should equipped with before they compete in the job markets.
