In this research, we study up on the effect that Proximity Sensor sensing was affected by Infrared filter material. Infrared Filter used two materials, Resin and Glass. Filters divide into 4 forms as according to band. We were compare with sensitivity of proximity sensor as shape, and compare with infrared proximity sensor sensitivity change as transmission range. Filter shape be compare with flat and curved surface. As a result, When IR wavelength was fixed, we could measure sensing distance and sensitivity affected by filter material and transmissivity. In next research, we need additional study that correlation between shapes and characteristics of IR wavelength and IR Filters.
