The subject of this archeological research is on the media of civilizational information as well as its communicational route in the Caspian sea, Iran. Due to the geological distinctiveness, Iran-Iraq is the region where a great number of civilization had been undergone or developed since the prehistoric age and it is ‘regional sovereignty’ of cultural exchange between the East and the West. Compared with the cultural aspects of other regions, especially of China, Korea, and Japan, the Caspian sea has various distinctive characteristics, including the earthenware pattern, dress and its ornament and etc.
The first evidence of cultual exchange between the East and the West has been shown from the route in the diffusion of wheat cultivation around 8000B.C. The importance of this region has been proved due to the fact that the diffusion of wheat cultivation among India, China and Korean peninsula was achieved through this area. On the other hand, the development of the letters is very closely related to the development of agriculture(settlement). The letters had been developed in Mesopotamia region of Western Zagoros Mountain range and Indus Civilization. According to the information explained above, it seems that the communication network of civilizational information was formed, centering around the settlement of Iranian-India(Iran-India?). Because the earthenware and seals were also discovered in the regions of Marlik, Sialk, and Bactrian, it has been proved that there was an cultural exchange between the East and West, conquering the geological difficulties in the Northern Caspian sea.
Although there were no particular discoveries of letters in the regions, such as Caucace, Marlik, Sialk, and Bactrian in Eastern Zagoros Mountain range, having grown through the movement of nomadic tribes, there was close exchange between these regions.
In conclusion, it is evident that there were cultural exchange North and the South, centering around Iran and exchange between the East and the West in the Caspian sea. It is also acknowledged that there were many cultural exchanges through the excavation of earthen vessels and seals. Henceforth, it is very significant to have continuous research, relating to the Northeastern region of Iran.
