The purpose of this study is to find ways to efficient management to the apartment house by residence's the awareness of difference about repair reserve fund in the long term.
As the study method, collected low-data from both literature study and survey, frequency analysis and cross analysis arranged statistically by SPSS/WIN(12.0). The result of study that were clarified 1) a difference as a occupation, the number of households, a shape of own from residence, 2) a difference as reasonable assessment about repair reserve fund in the long term, a charge of subject, a way to the supply of construction-expense, 3) a difference as the interest regarding the administrative action of subject of management itemize yes or no of the repair reserve fund in the long term and management expenses, 4) a difference as problem experience yes or no of repair reserve fund in the long term, interest in education of repair reserve fund in the long term.
