Gynocritics pay attention to the women's language(parole de femme). Women's language differs from that of men and criticism of gynocritics is about women's language. It reveal the identity of a woman. However, the identity of women is made consistently, rather than fixed a priori by a number of factors that would be made by the women themselves and social relationships.
This paper presented the steps of development of women's literature, namely 'the feminine level', 'feminist level', and 'female level'. This developmental processes are made by Elaine Showalter and she thought that they are not merely schematic process of women's literature but the development of the society engaged in the all the other evolution of consciousness. Woman poetry representing oppression and alienation and silence begin to find its value and to open up the possibility of existence. The context and the parole of each poetry show their aesthetic strategy and poetic process as a being corresponding with the times.
Therefore, 'feminine style' and internalized aspects of traditional values in Korean modern wemen's poetry must be thought as the 'selected' aesthetic strategy not merely reflection of the femininity. The identity of women writers will be able to be said like that.
When viewed from this perspective, the 'profane and violent' language of the 1970-80's will be able to understand. The language of the women's literature that resist dominant standards and traditional values was expressed by the language of the grotesque body. These changes of women's parole was formed to meet society's changing. The non-distorted form of language that can be called 'Female Step' show the experience of the poetic value and value of feminine self-discovery. Yet this step seems to be in progress.
Like women's identities women's parole of poem is being formed by progress, so It is important to look at the features of women's language because they identify strategies to respond to the aesthetic sense.
