The aim of this research is to provide the data basic to smooth business development of a ski resort with the implementation of the analysis of validity, reliability, analysis of factorial correlation and analysis of covariance structural analysis of the relationship between physical environment, customer satisfaction, and business performance, which a ski resort currently has among the multilateral factors for achieving the business performance of a ski resort, using SPSS 12.0, Microsoft Excel 2007, and Smart PLS 2.0 program. In the study conducted aiming for such a purpose, this research drew the results as follows: First , the physical environment of a ski resort was found to have a positive(+) effect on customer satisfaction; second, the physical environment of a ski resort was found to have a positive(+) effect on business performance; third, customer satisfaction was found to have a positive(+) on business performance. What can be known from such results is that the physical environment of a ski resort has a positive effect on customer satisfaction and also has a direct effect on business performance. In addition, the results reveal that the physical environment of a ski resort becomes a motive for a ski resort to enhance their business performance by promoting customer satisfaction. Accordingly, it is judged that when a ski resort, with the perception that physical environment can produce positive performance, can have steady management and changes to form much better environment than the present level, it can possibly achieve much higher business performance.
