The purpose of this article is to analyze the comparison of regional employment policies of Busan and Osaka. For this, we first analyze the structure of population and unemployment of Busan and Osaka. The result of this study is can be summarized as follows.
First, a whole of Osaka population is almost changeless though a whole of Busan population decreases continuing during the past decade. Second, it is necessary to note the difference of 'the effective job opening-to-application ratio' of Busan and Osaka. Especially, the job hunting difficulty of the youth is serious in Pusan. But, oppositely, it is a more difficult that the enterprise looks for the young person in Osaka.
Next, we compared Busan on the following three-kind sides with the regional employment policy of Osaka. That is, the regional employment support policy, the regional job creation policy, and the regional job training policy are them. At the end, we presented the suggestion in the regional employment policy of Busan through such a comparison analysis.
