The purpose of this study is to systematically analyze organizing factor of new labor-enterprise culture's effectiveness on job satisfaction and employee group reorganization. The analysis is designed to improve national competitive power on tour through successful establishment of new labor-enterprise culture and to provide a point of implication for the survivability of both labor-enterprise and hotel industries.
In order to study the relation between new labor-enterprise culture related variables and organization validity, correlation and multiple regression analysis were conducted for theory verification.
In the future study, due to new labor-enterprise concept, it is considered that more precise analysis is possible through precision- guided contents and for the cooperative, participative labor-enterprise relation, active participations of new labor-enterprise of hotel industries are needed.
