The purpose of this study is making it main theme, the problems of tariff which caused by the spreading and trade growing of the electronic transmission products, and showing the reasonable and proper method of tariff imposition of the electronic transmission products, by the present, because there is no method of imposing tariff of them.
That is to say, In previous international transactions, the goods that is the object of tariff imposition, can convert to digital and as the digital goods be ordered and transacted by electronic medium such as internet, the omission of assessment caused distinction of imposition of taxes. If ordering of goods through internet increase, as the possibility that electronic commerce could replace the transaction through the previous mediums, custom tariff revenue could decrease. Therefore it could be possible for one country to impose tariff on the electronic commerce through internet, they should chase the settlement process of cash on delivery and then they could impose the tariff on the goods, and the purpose of this study is to derive the device of imposing tax, by making the model about the process of cash settlement, which being used mainly in international trade.
At this point, first device suggested in this study is for the credit card company to offer the breakdown of payment to the office of customs administration, when payment occur by credit card and they can impose. Second device is for bank to send the evidence of payment to the office of customs administration, when payment occur by bank account or remittance and then they can impose.
